The service

Superdad is a mobile app by FutureMinds offering decks of conversation prompts, affirmations, projects, and activities for parents (“the app”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app.

Purchases

Content packs are one-time in-app purchases made through Google Play and are tied to your account. Prices are shown before you buy. Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policy; we don’t process payments or refunds directly. Purchases unlock content for personal, non-commercial use in the app — they are a license, not ownership of the content.

Free previews

Packs may include a limited number of free preview cards per account. Preview limits are lifetime counts and may change for future users; previews you have already used are not re-credited.

Your content

Ratings, notes, and flags you submit may be used to moderate and improve the catalog. Don’t submit anything unlawful, abusive, or that isn’t yours to share; we may remove submissions and restrict accounts that abuse the feature.

Our content

All cards, decks, branding, and app design are owned by FutureMinds or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute the content outside the app.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to circumvent purchase or trial enforcement, probe or disrupt the service, or use the app in violation of applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimers

The app offers conversation prompts and activity ideas — not medical, psychological, or parenting advice. Activities and projects are undertaken at your own judgment and risk; supervise your children appropriately. The service is provided “as is” without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app content in the twelve months before a claim.
